In January 2019, APM signed a representation agreement with Fulkrum, an England-based
company with operating offices in every time zone worldwide, providing leading oil & gas and
renewables operators with Inspection & Expediting services

This collaboration with Fulkrum marks a new frontier for APM: after a long-standing history in supplying physical products, we are expanding into services. However, our philosophy and goals remain unchanged — we are committed to proactively supporting our customers and assisting them in the best possible way by providing solutions, whether through the supply of products or services, that fully meet customer requirements for quality, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing
In the services field, these principles are applied rigorously. We work closely with customer representatives — including inspection and expediting managers, material managers, project managers, and logistics teams — to understand their needs and define the specific skills, certifications, and experience required for each assignment, whether vendor surveillance, expediting, or technical staffing at project sites
We then liaise with our Inspection Coordinators, located across Fulkrum’s operational branches, to communicate customer requirements and identify the most suitable professionals for each case. Finally, we close the loop by returning to our customers to gather feedback on the services delivered — confirming our strengths and identifying opportunities for improvement, both at the inspector and coordinator level
